Ab focused workouts in the morning mean I’m a giant ball of no for the rest of the day. Why is that? Because it’s the area I work the least so it’s stressed the most? If I do abs too early, I feel like I need naps all day. Does that mean to focus on abs later in the day or just push past it? Any pro tips would be fantastic!
